1. The service

Testimonia helps businesses collect reviews from their real customers, turn them into images and videos, show them on websites, and share them on social media. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Honest reviews only

You may only publish reviews that real customers gave you, with their permission. You must not write, buy, edit the meaning of, or generate fake reviews or testimonials, or present ads as customer reviews. This is required by law in India (Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and CCPA guidelines), the United States (FTC rule on fake reviews) and elsewhere. We may remove content and close accounts that break this rule, without refund.

4. Your content and your customers' content

You own your content. You give us a licence to host, process and display it only to run the service for you. When your customers submit a review through your form, they give permission to you to publish it; you are responsible for using it within that permission and for honouring requests to remove it.

5. AI features

AI helps draft, translate and design content. AI output can be wrong. Check facts, prices, offers and claims before you publish. Ads you create are labeled as ads and must not be presented as customer reviews.

6. Plans, payment and renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. You can cancel any time in Settings; you keep your plan until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content, to send spam, to impersonate anyone, or to attack or overload our systems. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

8. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. After deletion your data is removed as described in our privacy policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
