Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card.

Cancelling

Cancel a paid plan any time in Settings → Plan & billing. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to Free. Nothing further is charged.

Refunds

• If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the extra charge in full.
• If you upgrade and write to us within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, once per customer.
• Other payments for a period that has started are not refunded, but you keep access until it ends.

How to ask

Email [support@yourdomain.com] from your account email with the payment date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
